Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

All estimated delivery times are based on real data collected from previous orders.

Processing and Shipping

The processing time starts from the date your order is placed. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. This includes order verification, product preparation, and packaging.

Once the order has been processed, shipping typically takes 8 to 15 business days, depending on the destination within the United States.

Order Cut-Off Time

2:00 PM (EST) – Eastern Standard Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same business day
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed and shipped the next business day

The estimated delivery time is calculated based on whether the order was placed before or after the cut-off time.

Shipping is free for all orders delivered within the United States.

Important Notes

Delivery times may be affected during public holidays, when carriers operate on a limited schedule. This is beyond our control. Normal service resumes immediately after holidays.

APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes are not accepted for express shipping.

Delivery delays may occur due to incorrect addresses, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will include a unique tracking number.

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become active on the carrier’s website. If tracking details are not immediately available, please check again later. The estimated delivery time remains valid regardless of tracking updates.

Taxes and Customs Duties

No customs fees for US orders

However, depending on local regulations, certain taxes or import fees may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
